How do you ensure my chocolates don't melt during shipping?
We utilize specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and frozen gel packs, to ensure your haut-chocolat arrives in perfect condition regardless of the climate.
Are your chocolates gluten-free or vegan-friendly?
While many of our collections are naturally gluten-free, we also offer a dedicated line of vegan truffles. Please refer to the specific dietary icons and ingredient lists on each product page for detailed allergen information.
What is the shelf life of your truffles and exotic caramels?
Because we use fresh cream and high-quality ingredients without heavy preservatives, our truffles are best enjoyed within 14 days of receipt. Caramels and chocolate bars generally have a shelf life of up to 6 months.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes, every order allows for a complimentary gift message. You can enter your personalized note during the checkout process, and it will be printed on an elegant enclosure card.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Due to the perishable nature of our products and customs delays, we are unable to ship to other international destinations at this time.
